The Court accepts payments by cash, check, money order or Visa / Mastercard.

Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Barberton Municipal Court; please include a copy of the citation, or write the citation number or case number on the check or money order.

If you are paying a waiverable citation, payment can also be made by Visa or Mastercard by completing and signing the form on the waiver envelope you were given. You must add $6.00 processing fee to pay with credit card.

Include your ticket, signed on the reverse side. Also include your Proof of Insurance (if not shown to the Officer). If your ticket is not paid on or before your court date, add a $5.00 late fee to the amount owed.

Payments by Fax

If you are paying a waiverable citation, payment can be made with a Visa / Mastercard by fax 24 hours a day.

Sign the waiver envelope you were given and complete the payment by credit card information. You must add a $6.00 processing fee to pay with a credit card. Fax a copy (front and back) of the signed ticket, along with Proof of Insurance (if not shown to the officer who issued your ticket), to (330) 848-6779. If not paid on or before your court date, add a $5.00 late fee to the amount owed.

Payments in Person

Payments can be made in person at the office of the Barberton Clerk of Courts: 576 West Park Avenue, Room 205, in Barberton, Ohio (right across from Lake Anna in the Barberton Municipal Building). Payments can be made during our regular business hours, which are:

Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to Noon

Closed on Sundays and Holidays
