Welcome to the Barberton Municipal Clerk of Courts website

The Clerk of Courts office is the communication hub of the Courts. The purpose of this website is to provide access to and information regarding records held by the Clerk of the Barberton Municipal Court and information regarding the operations of the Court. Our goal is to help you navigate your way through the municipal court system. Any questions or comments regarding this site can be directed to clerkwebmaster@cityofbarberton.com. We are constantly looking at ways to expand our services to the public, so please let us know what you would like to see here. The clerk’s office serves the communities of Barberton, Green, Norton, Copley, New Franklin, Coventry and Clinton.

Effective July 1, 2008, there is a new schedule of fees for the Court, per order of the presiding judge. The previous fee schedule no longer applies to cases filed July 1st and after.
