General Information Regarding Parking Tickets
If you receive a parking ticket you may pay the fine as listed on the back of the ticket or you can contest the ticket.
You may contest the ticket by appearing in person at 576 West Park Avenue, Room 205 on Saturday's at 9:00 A.M. Your hearing will be held on the Saturday you appear and request the hearing. Bring with you any information that supports your belief that the parking ticket should be dismissed.
If you choose to pay the fine, the Court accepts payment by cash, check, money order or Visa / Mastercard. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Barberton Municipal Court; please include a copy of the ticket or the ticket number on the check or money order. Please note that the fine increases after three days and thirty days.
