Q. How do I schedule a wedding at the Courthouse?
ANSWER: The Barberton Municipal Judges only perform marriages for
individuals from this jurisdiction (Barberton, Norton, Village of
Green, Franklin Township, Copley, and Coventry Township). The schedule
is subject to the Courts availability. Contact the Bailiff at (330)
861-7215 to make arrangements. A marriage license must first be
obtained at the Summit
County Courthouse, Probate Court Division, 209 S High St, Akron.

Q. Is there a fee charged to get married?
ANSWER: There is a $20.00 marriage fee.
