ANSWER: You must obtain a marriage license through the county in which you live. Summit County -you would go to the Summit County Courthouse, Probate Court Division, 209 S. High Street, Akron. Their phone number is (330) 643-2346.

Q. I have just received my property taxes bill and they are wrong?

ANSWER: Property taxes are mailed out from the County not the City. You can go to the Summit County Courthouse, Property Tax Division or call (330) 643-2587.

Q. Can someone come out and pick up this stray dog/cat?

ANSWER: If you want immediately help you must call the Summit County Dog Warden at (330) 643-2845 or (330) 643-2848.

Q. I have a problem with my Time Warner Cable bill. Can you help me?

ANSWER: The city of Barberton, Mayor's office telephone number is listed on your bill because the City has signed a franchise with Time Warner, but we do not accept bills. Please call the number listed on the left middle of your bill that reads "Billing and Repairs."
