Q. How do I sign up?
Q. When will my direct payment begin?
ANSWER: Please continue to pay until notification is made on your bill. Allow approximately eight (8) weeks for processing.
Q. How will my bill be paid?
ANSWER: The City will inform your banking institution of the amount
due. The bank will automatically deduct that amount from your account.
Your utility payment will be clearly itemized on your bank's monthly
account statement.
Q. How will I know how much my bill is?
ANSWER: You will receive a coy of the bill at least ten (10) days before the payment is made. The bill will indicate the amount being deducted from your account.
Q. What if my account is with a Credit Union or Savings & Loan?
ANSWER: Most financial institutions can participate in this program.
Q. What if I have a question about the bill or want to stop the automated payment plan?
ANSWER: Simply call or write our Utilities Customer Service Office. The number can be found on your bill.

It is my responsibility to notify the Utilities Customer Service Office at (330) 753-0328 should I wish to discontinue this service.

month. This is a procedure to determine if the direct payment is set up properly. Your direct payment will begin the month following your prenote. This prenote is for your protection.
