The City of Barberton will begin sweeping streets on May 14, 2023 and end on December 3, 2023 (weather permitting).

The street sweeper schedule for the City of Barberton is as follows:

• Sunday: East Side / Austin Estates (Alternating Weeks)
• Monday: North End
• Tuesday: Near West
• Wednesday: Far West / New Haven
• Thursday: Downtown Area

Things in the street on Street Sweeping Day

• Please do not put trash, branches or grass clippings in the road.
• Basketball poles & rims are not to be placed within the street right-of-way without proper authorization, as such items may cause damage to the equipment and potential injury to the sweeper operator.
• Cars parked on the streets between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on scheduled sweeping nights will receive tickets pursuant to ordinance 6-1993.
