Last year, we announced that we selected Energy Harbor to serve the next term of the City’s electric aggregation program. We set a fixed rate of 4.97 cents/kWh for electricity generation for a 4-year term starting with May 2021 meter reads. Anyone wishing to join the City’s program should contact Energy Harbor at 866-636-3749 to enroll. Constellation (Constellation New Energy – Gas Division, LLC) is the supplier for the City’s Natural Gas Aggregation Program. The fixed rate we set is $3.31 per Mcf for gas consumed through November 2025 bill cycles. Any resident or small business that is not participating in the aggregation program and is currently served by another supplier may obtain the same low rate by calling Constellation at 1-844-467-4294 to enroll.
