To submit all types of work order requests, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.cityofbarberton.com
  2. Click on “How do I…”
  3. Click on “Submit”
  4. Click on “Work Orders” then “Open A Work Order”

If you need to report a pothole, navigate to the “Street Department” section and click on Citizen Request – Pothole Repair Request Form
