Municipal Court Jurisdiction
The Barberton Municipal Court proudly serves the communities of:
Our Court handles misdemeanor traffic and criminal cases, as well as civil complaints up to $15,000 and small claims complaints up to $6,000. Initial appearances on felony cases are also conducted here.

The Barberton Municipal Clerk of Courts office is responsible for maintaining a public record of all court cases in Barberton Municipal Court as well as collecting and distributing fines and fees associated with these cases.
