If you receive a parking ticket you may pay the fine as listed on the back of the ticket or you can contest the ticket.
You may contest the parking ticket by appearing in person at 576 West Park Avenue, Room 205 during regular business hours. Your hearing will be scheduled for a future date. When you appear at your requested hearing, you must bring with you all information that supports your belief that the parking ticket should be dismissed.
If you choose to pay the fine, the Court accepts payment by cash, check, money order or Visa / Mastercard / Discover. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Barberton Municipal Court; please include a copy of the ticket or the ticket number on the check or money order.
