The City of Barberton is conducting this water service pipe material survey to help monitor and replace lead service lines in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions. The City of Barberton is working hard to confirm that the materials in the water system are known, inventoried, and up to modern standards.
The City has hired Burgess & Niple to assist the City in collecting and compiling the required information in order to meet the Lead and Copper regulations.
