Consolidated Plan (CP)
The Consolidated Plan (CP) is designed to help the City of Barberton assess affordable housing and community development needs and market conditions, and to make data-driven, place-based investment decisions. The consolidated planning process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The Department of Planning & Community Development (DPCD) prepares the Consolidated Plan (CP) every 3-5 years, with the most current plan being for fiscal years 2020-2024.
